Ralda's Cottage
Ralda's Cottage offers you a comfortable, fully self-contained home away from home. At nearly 1000 metres, the Cottage faces east overlooking the farmland of the Dorrigo Plateau. Relax and dine on the wide deck and you'll see magnificent sunrises and moonrises.
You're welcome to bring your well-behaved pet to Ralda's Cottage, but keep in mind you cannot take them into national parks.
Mount Christopherson Retreat
The Retreat sits on top of 200 acres of conservation rainforest, overlooking farmland all the way to the coast. Because it's 1007 metres above sea level, it's cooler in summer and in winter, crisp nights give way to warm, sunny days. Facing east, the views are ever-changing.
The Retreat is separated into 3 areas, including a self-contained apartment with disabled access. Or you can book the entire Retreat for a group of 5 couples or up to 14 individuals.
Facilities for your stay
Without even leaving Mount Christopherson, you can enjoy a wide range of experiences. Wander through the extensive gardens and visit the lookouts with spectacular views to the coast. For summer there's a large swimming pool. It's a great place for an active holiday or, even more, a gathering of family and friends. And a very special venue for a wedding or major celebration.
In contrast, it's a wonderful place to get away from your everyday and spend some time in peaceful seclusion. For quiet contemplation, there's a meditation yurt and a magical basalt labyrinth. Your only companions will be birds, native animals and blissful quiet.
Finally, your special mountain Retreat is just 19 km on a sealed road from the lovely town of Dorrigo. It's about 90 minutes from Coffs Harbour, Armidale or Grafton.
